General Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KAVDO manufactures and supplies industrial sheet metal equipment primarily for business and commercial use.<br>Due to the customized and technical nature of our machinery, orders are processed based on confirmed specifications and contractual agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with the terms outlined below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Order Confirmation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An order is considered confirmed when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued by KAVDO<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The buyer confirms specifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The required deposit payment is received<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once confirmed, production scheduling begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cancellation Before Production<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the buyer requests cancellation before production starts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The deposit may be refunded partially or fully<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrative and banking fees may be deducted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any engineering or documentation costs already incurred may be deducted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KAVDO reserves the right to determine whether production has officially started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cancellation During Production<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If cancellation is requested after production has begun:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The deposit is generally non-refundable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Costs related to materials, labor, and components already sourced will be deducted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional compensation may apply depending on production stage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Industrial machinery is produced based on confirmed technical specifications and is not considered standard stock goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Customized Equipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For machines built according to customized:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Voltage requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special tooling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-standard configurations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer-specific modifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deposits are non-refundable once production begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Refund Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>KAVDO fails to deliver within the agreed contractual timeframe without mutual agreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven manufacturing defect prior to shipment that cannot be corrected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order cancellation approved in writing by KAVDO management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds will not apply to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Change of business decision<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Market condition changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project cancellation by the buyer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Import duty or local tax issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect machine selection by the buyer after specification confirmation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Quality &amp; Warranty Claims<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are not the primary resolution method for technical issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All machines are covered under KAVDO\u2019s Warranty Policy.<br>In case of technical problems:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remote technical support will be provided<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replacement parts will be supplied under warranty terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On-site service may be arranged where applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Shipping &amp; Risk Transfer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the machine is shipped under agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Risk transfers according to contractual terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claims related to transportation damage must be handled through the insurance policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund requests based on shipping damage are subject to shipping insurance procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Refund Processing Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a refund is approved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank transfer fees will be deducted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing time may take 7\u201321 business days depending on banking procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
