01 — Three Roll
Rouleuse à trois rouleaux
Hydraulic three-roll plate bending machine with symmetric or asymmetric roller configuration. The upper roll adjusts vertically to control bending radius while two lower rolls drive the plate through the machine. Suitable for rolling cylinders, cones and arc shapes from mild steel and stainless steel plate.

4-Roll CNC
02 — Four Roll
Rouleuse de tôle à quatre rouleaux
CNC four-roll plate bending machine with pre-bending capability in a single pass. The top roll and two side rolls are independently adjustable, eliminating the need to flip the plate for edge pre-bending. Provides higher precision, faster cycle times and reduced operator skill requirements compared to three-roll models.

03 — Profile Bending

Three-roll asymmetric plate rolling machine with the lower front roll offset to allow direct plate feeding without manual pre-bending. This simplified workflow reduces setup time and operator effort, making it an economical choice for workshops producing standard cylinders and curved panels in medium-thickness sheet metal.
