Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, payment terms, and related procedures for purchases made from KAVDO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All payments must comply with the terms specified in the official Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of discrepancy between this page and a signed Sales Contract, the signed contract shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Accepted Payment Methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KAVDO accepts the following international payment methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bank Transfer (T\/T \u2013 Telegraphic Transfer)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Letter of Credit (L\/C)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other internationally recognized payment methods as agreed in writing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cash payments are not accepted for international transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All payments must be made to the official company bank account listed on the Proforma Invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Standard Payment Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard payment terms are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deposit payment before production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remaining balance before shipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The typical structure is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>30% deposit upon order confirmation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70% balance before delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment terms may vary depending on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Machine type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customization level<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Long-term cooperation agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All specific terms will be stated clearly in the Proforma Invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Currency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments are typically accepted in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>USD (United States Dollar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EUR (Euro)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other currencies if mutually agreed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The applicable currency will be stated in the quotation and Proforma Invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any exchange rate differences caused by bank transfer delays are the responsibility of the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Payment Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 1 \u2013 Quotation Confirmation<br>Buyer confirms technical specifications and pricing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 2 \u2013 Proforma Invoice Issued<br>KAVDO issues an official PI including bank details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 3 \u2013 Deposit Payment<br>Buyer transfers the agreed deposit amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 4 \u2013 Production Begins<br>Production is scheduled after deposit confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 5 \u2013 Balance Payment<br>Remaining balance is paid before shipment according to agreed terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 6 \u2013 Shipment<br>Shipment is arranged after full payment is received (unless L\/C or other agreed method applies).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Bank Charges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All bank transfer fees must be covered by the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The full invoice amount must be received in KAVDO\u2019s bank account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If intermediary bank deductions occur, the Buyer is responsible for the shortfall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Letter of Credit (L\/C)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When payment is made via Letter of Credit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\/C must be irrevocable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Terms must match the Sales Contract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All banking fees outside China are borne by the Buyer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\/C conditions must not include unreasonable clauses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Production may begin after L\/C confirmation depending on agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Late Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the balance payment is delayed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shipment may be postponed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Storage costs may apply if machine is ready but unpaid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>KAVDO reserves the right to suspend order processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Order Cancellation and Refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment-related cancellations are governed by the Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deposits may be non-refundable once production has started, especially for customized equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Payment Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KAVDO will never request payment to personal accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers should verify bank details directly with KAVDO via official email or phone before making payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are not responsible for losses caused by fraudulent payment instructions from unauthorized sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.
