01 — Three Roll

The upper roll adjusts vertically to control bending radius while two lower rolls drive the plate through the machine. Suitable for rolling cylinders, cones and arc shapes from mild steel and stainless steel plate.

4-Roll CNC
02 — Four Roll
Curvadora de chapas de cuatro rodillos
CNC four-roll plate bending machine with pre-bending capability in a single pass. The top roll and two side rolls are independently adjustable, eliminating the need to flip the plate for edge pre-bending. Provides higher precision, faster cycle times and reduced operator skill requirements compared to three-roll models.

03 — Profile Bending
