Sheet Loading
Flat sheet is loaded onto the machine table manually or via automatic feeder. Suction cup manipulator grips and positions the sheet precisely.
Clamping & Bending
Blank holder clamps the sheet at the bend line. The bending blade swings upward or downward to form the programmed angle with servo-controlled precision.
Auto Rotation
After completing bends on one side, the manipulator automatically advances and rotates the sheet to the next edge — no operator intervention needed.
Finished Panel Out
