KAVDO provides international shipping services for industrial sheet metal equipment and related machinery.
All shipments are arranged in accordance with the agreed commercial terms (Incoterms) specified in the signed Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract.
Shipping costs, delivery timelines, and responsibilities vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination country.

3. Order Processing Time
Order processing time depends on machine type and configuration.
Standard models:
- Production time: 15–30 working days
Customized machines:
- Production time: 30–60 working days
Production begins after:
- Order confirmation
- Deposit payment received
- Technical specifications confirmed
Customers will be notified once production is completed and shipment is arranged.
4. Shipping Methods
Shipping methods include:
4.1 Sea Freight (Container Shipment)
- Most common method for heavy industrial equipment
- FCL (Full Container Load) or LCL (Less than Container Load)
- Delivery time depends on destination port
Estimated transit time:
- Asia: 7–20 days
- Europe: 25–40 days
- North America: 25–45 days
- Middle East: 20–35 days
- South America: 30–50 days
Transit times are estimates and may vary due to port conditions or customs clearance.
4.2 Land Transportation
Available for certain regional deliveries depending on location.
4.3 Air Freight
Air freight is available only for spare parts and small components.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Machine dimensions and weight
- Destination country
- Selected Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.)
- Container availability
- Port and customs charges
Shipping costs are clearly stated in the official quotation or Proforma Invoice.
We do not apply hidden shipping fees.
6. Incoterms and Responsibility
Shipping responsibilities are determined according to the agreed Incoterms, such as:
- FOB (Free On Board)
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Risk transfer occurs according to the selected Incoterms.
Customers are responsible for customs clearance and local duties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Customs Duties and Taxes
Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.
Customers are responsible for:
- Import customs clearance
- Local import taxes
- Compliance with local regulations
Please consult your local customs authority for estimated import fees.
8. Shipping Documentation
KAVDO provides complete shipping documentation, including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading
- Certificate of Origin (if required)
- Insurance documents (if applicable)
Documentation will be sent electronically and/or by courier as required.
9. Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be affected by:
- Port congestion
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspection
- Force majeure events
KAVDO is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
10. Shipping Damage
All machines are securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
In case of shipping damage:
- The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon arrival
- Any damage must be reported within 48 hours
- Photographic evidence must be provided
- Claims must be filed with the shipping insurance provider if applicable
