Load & Calibrate
Place the metal sheet on the exchange worktable. The auto edge-finding function detects the sheet position and angle, automatically compensating for any misalignment — no manual squaring required.
Precision Cutting
The fiber laser beam is focused through the cutting head onto the material surface. High-pressure assist gas (oxygen or nitrogen) blows away molten material, producing clean, burr-free edges at high speed.
Unload & Repeat
Remove finished parts from the worktable. With the optional exchange table, a new sheet can be loaded while the previous one is being cut — achieving near-zero downtime between jobs.
