Sheet Positioning
Place the sheet on the machine table and slide it against the CNC back gauge fingers. The back gauge automatically moves to the programmed position for precise cut width.
Clamping
Hydraulic hold-down cylinders engage and press the sheet firmly against the table. The material is securely clamped at the cut line, preventing any shift during the shearing stroke.
Shearing Stroke
The swing beam drives the upper blade through the material in a controlled arc. The adjustable rake angle ensures progressive cutting from one end to the other, minimizing force and distortion.
Return & Output
After the cut, the beam returns rapidly to the top position. The cut piece falls into the collection area or onto the sheet support. Back gauge advances to the next programmed position.
