Enter material type, thickness and cut dimensions into the CNC controller. The system automatically calculates blade gap and rake angle. Feed the sheet against the servo-positioned back gauge fingers.

Hydraulic hold-down clamps engage with calibrated pressure, securing the sheet firmly at the cut line. The shadow line light confirms alignment before the operator initiates the shearing stroke.
