Import DXF, DWG or AI files directly into Cypcut software. The intelligent nesting engine automatically arranges parts on the sheet for maximum material utilization, then generates the optimized cutting path.

Load & Calibrate

Place the metal sheet on the exchange worktable. The auto edge-finding function detects the sheet position and angle, automatically compensating for any misalignment — no manual squaring required.

Precision Cutting

The fiber laser beam is focused through the cutting head onto the material surface. High-pressure assist gas (oxygen or nitrogen) blows away molten material, producing clean, burr-free edges at high speed.

Unload & Repeat

Remove finished parts from the worktable. With the optional exchange table, a new sheet can be loaded while the previous one is being cut — achieving near-zero downtime between jobs.
