Select Parameters
Choose the material type (carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, etc.) and thickness on the LCD touch screen. The system automatically loads optimized welding parameters — or fine-tune power, speed and wobble settings manually.
Prepare the Joint
Position the workpieces with minimal clamping. For gap joints, load the wire feeder with appropriate filler wire. Connect shielding gas (argon or nitrogen) and adjust flow rate via the integrated gas regulator on the control panel.
Weld with Precision
Place the welding gun tip against the joint and press the trigger. The wobble head produces a uniform, fish-scale weld pattern automatically. Guide the gun steadily along the seam — the machine handles power, wobble and wire feed in real time.
Clean & Inspect
Switch to cleaning mode to remove oxidation and spatter from the weld zone. The finished seam is smooth, uniform and ready for use — no grinding, polishing or secondary processing required in most applications.
