The CNC system stores complete bending programs for different profiles, radii and arc lengths — enabling instant job recall and identical output from the first piece to the last.
Operators input the target profile type, material grade, desired radius and arc length. The CNC automatically calculates the optimal number of passes, progressive roll positions for each pass, and the exact feed distance. An integrated rotary encoder measures actual arc length in real time, and the system compensates for springback automatically — delivering finished arcs that meet specification without manual adjustment.

4-Step Profile Bending Workflow
From straight section to finished arc — the hydraulic profile bender simplifies the process with quick tooling setup, progressive multi-pass bending and precise arc-length control.
Install Tooling & Load Program
Mount the profile-matched roller set onto the three roll shafts using the quick-lock system. Select or input the bending program on the NC/CNC controller — specifying profile type, material, target radius and arc length.
Feed & Initial Pass
Feed the straight section between the bottom rolls. The top roll descends hydraulically to the first-pass position, applying initial bending force. The driven rolls feed the profile forward through the bending zone at controlled speed.
Progressive Multi-Pass Bending
The top roll incrementally advances deeper with each pass while the profile feeds back and forth through the rolls. The CNC manages roll position, feed direction and arc-length measurement automatically — gradually forming the target radius.
Verify & Unload
When the target arc length and radius are reached, the machine stops automatically. Verify the radius with a template or laser gauge. The CNC stores the proven parameters for instant recall on repeat production batches.
