Program & Setup

Select a stored recipe on the HMI touchscreen or create a new one — set tonnage, approach speed, pressing speed, stroke depth, dwell time and return speed. Install die or fixture and verify safety interlocks. Changeover takes minutes.

Load Workpiece

Position workpiece on the bolster from any of three open sides. The open throat accommodates long shafts, wide plates and irregular shapes. Sensors confirm material presence and proper positioning before cycle start.

Press & Form

Ram approaches at fast speed, transitions to controlled pressing speed on material contact. Proportional valves regulate tonnage in real time. Optional dwell holds pressure at bottom for press-fitting, forming or curing as required.

Retract & Unload

Ram automatically retracts at high speed. Finished part is removed from the open throat area manually or via automation. Cycle counter increments and the press is ready for the next workpiece immediately.
