4-Step Notching Workflow

Set Backstop
Adjust the backstop to the required notch depth using the graduated scale or optional digital readout. Set blade clearance for your material thickness. Lock settings for batch production.
Position Sheet
Slide the sheet corner into the machine throat until it contacts the backstop. Align the sheet edge against the guide fence for a square, precise notch position.
Notch & Cut
Activate the hydraulic stroke via foot pedal or two-hand control. The hold-down clamp secures the sheet, then the upper blade descends to remove the corner notch in a single, clean stroke.
Remove & Bend
Slide the notched sheet out. The clean 90° corner is ready for immediate bending on a press brake or box-and-pan brake — no deburring, no filing, no secondary operations.
