Program & Setup

Create groove patterns on the CNC touchscreen or import DXF files. Set groove positions, depth, angle and speed for each line. Install the correct V-angle carbide insert.

Load & Clamp

Position the sheet vertically against the reference surface and activate pneumatic clamps. The CNC confirms alignment and sheet presence before cycle start.

Groove & Cut

The tool head traverses at 90 m/min (X) while the tool plunges at 30 m/min (Z). ±0.01 mm servo cuts each groove to exact depth. Multi-pass for deeper grooves.
